Administrative Assistant - General Medicine Job no: 878612 Work type: Part time Location: Adelaide CBD Categories: Administration and Clerical Women's and Children's Health Network - Division of Paediatric Medicine Administrative Assistant - General Medicine   - North Adelaide Salary – $58,709 - $63,154 - Part Time (0.4 FTE) – Ongoing/ Permanent – ASO2 About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Paediatric Medicine  team as a Administrative Assistant - General Medicine, where you will be responsible for: Providing a high level of administrative and reception support services to the Department Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of clerical documentation Contributing to the provision of effective patient care management by maintaining accurate records, booking lists and other details Assists in the management of outpatient clinic bookings About You To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to: Work independently and under limited direction to meet deadlines and achieve agreed outputs whilst working with demanding and sometimes competing priorities.
High-level time management and organisation skills.
Ability to deal with situations, staff and patients with maturity and empathy Previous administrative / clerical experience What WCHN Can Offer You Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.
