Edinburgh College is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Creative Industries and Communications, Policy and Research Team.
The postholder will have experience in organising events and working in a fast-paced environment.
They must have the ability to multitask and work on their own initiative, while also collaborating with other teams across the College.
Responsibilities include liaising with commercial and business development staff at Edinburgh College, providing information and analysis on commercial activity, and contributing to new initiatives.
The postholder will work closely with teaching staff in the Creative Industries Faculty, network at social events, develop new business opportunities, and conduct periodic market research.
Due to the nature of this role, there will be times when weekend and evening work is required to support facility hiring and events; however, flexible working patterns are available.

Full-time, permanent post: 35 hours/week
Payscale: Band C – £27,554 - £28,932 per annum.
