Applications The College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic, busy team in a regional context, to provide a fresh focus on a traditional brand.
This will be a full-time, permanent position, commencing Term 1, 2025.
This role will suit someone who is passionate about events, communications, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
The Administrative Assistant will be reporting to the Principal, through the Communications and Marketing Manager.
Role responsibilities will include: Assisting with the preparation of College communications and collateral (both internal and external).
Assisting with event planning and hosting.
Undertaking receptionist and general office administrative duties.
Actively promoting and supporting the Christian ethos of the College.
Abiding by the staff Code of Conduct and other College policies.
It is expected that applicants will have: Attention to detail coupled with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Qualification or experience in digital media, administration, communications or similar.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign), Canva, video production software or Apple iMovie (preferred).
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite or Google Office Suite or similar.
Wordpress or similar software experience.
Experience with Apple software (desired).
Solid knowledge of the latest digital technology.
Relational skills.
