Administrative Assistant - Brisbane

Brisbane Consulting Group, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lumsden & McCormick, LLP, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our business consulting, business valuations, forensic accounting, and litigation support group. The Administrative Assistant will provide key administrative support to the Partners and professional staff, enabling the team to deliver exceptional client service.
RESPONSIBILITIESProvide general administrative support to fulfill the day-to-day operating needs of the department.Interact professionally with internal and external clients and prospects; handle inquiries effectively and in an organized and courteous manner.Format, type, proofread, and edit complex reports, documents, and correspondence.Maintain accurate records and reports.Assist with special projects as needed.EXPERIENCEMinimum of three years previous professional office experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.Ability to work independently, be flexible, and demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality while being a team player.Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.Previous experience in a public accounting or law firm is a plus.Brisbane Consulting Group, LLC provides a competitive compensation package commensurate with qualifications and experience. This role will begin fully in person at our downtown Buffalo office with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule. The salary range for this opportunity is between $15-$25 per hour and commensurate with experience.
