About the Role: As a team-oriented and collaborative member in a busy team environment, the entry-level Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of duties including predominantly data entry for anaesthesia department activities, assistance with staff rostering as required, liaising with theatre staff members, and accurate administrative duties for the Director, members, and staff of the department. Good computer skills, the ability to organise and adapt to changing demands, and sound communication skills are essential requirements if you wish to excel in this role. Previous experience in a clinical health setting is desirable, but not essential, as the role will not involve direct patient or relative contact or responsibilities.
This is a permanent part-time entry-level position within the Anaesthetic Department, responsible for providing leave relief for the full-time secretary for annual, sick leave, and rostered days off. Apply today to join a progressive organisation with an eye on the future!
