ADMINISTRATIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT40h | Full time (part time during the summer) | Day shift
We are currently looking for an Administrative and Customer Service Assistant for our Perth Store.
Reporting to the Center Manager, the main responsibilities will be to:
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer ServiceManage orders from representatives and customers and ensure follow-upPerform invoicing and merchandise returnsMake corrections to accounts receivableFollow up on accounts (accounts and sales)Manage the cash register and close batchesAnswer emailsAll other related tasksJOB REQUIREMENTS: In addition to sharing the philosophy of the company based on family values, the employee must have the following qualifications:
DES and/or administrative technique2 to 5 years experience in a similar positionExperience in customer service, store management, and employee managementKnowledge of the maple syrup industry (an important asset)Good computer knowledgeFlexible and available (if extra time is needed)Good physical abilityGood team spiritCONTACT: To apply for the job, please send us your resume to with the name of the job in the subject.
