ADMINISTRATIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT 40h | Full time (part time during the summer) | Day shift We are currently looking for an Administrative and Customer Service Assistant for our Perth Store.
Reporting to the Center Manager, the main responsibilities will be to: TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service Manage orders from representatives and customers and ensure follow-up Perform invoicing and merchandise returns Make corrections to accounts receivable Follow up on accounts (accounts and sales) Manage the cash register and close batches Answer emails All other related tasks JOB REQUIREMENTS: In addition to sharing the philosophy of the company based on family values, the employee must have the following qualifications: DES and/or administrative technique 2 to 5 years experience in a similar position Experience in customer service, store management, and employee management Knowledge of the maple syrup industry (an important asset) Good computer knowledge Flexible and available (if extra time is needed) Good physical ability Good team spirit CONTACT: To apply for the job, please send us your resume to ****** with the name of the job in the subject.
