As a Parabroker / Administrator, you will provide essential support to a highly successful Senior Broker, assisting with the end-to-end broking process.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Administrative Support: Preparing valuations, assisting with loan applications, and compiling documentation for submission.Client Engagement: Liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure a seamless experience throughout the loan journey.Workflow Management: Managing timelines, following up on tasks, and ensuring deals are processed efficiently and accurately.Strategic Assistance: Contributing to loan structuring, preparing game plans, and supporting the Senior Broker in delivering exceptional service.We're looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in parabroking, broking support, or a similar administrative role within the finance or banking sector.The ideal candidate will:Have a background in residential lending or banking.Be highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.Be eager to learn, grow, and develop a career in mortgage broking.At Spotter Finance, we're committed to fostering a collaborative and enjoyable workplace.
