About the RoleAre you ready to take the next step in your career within the mortgage broking industry?
As a Parabroker / Administrator, you will provide essential support to a highly successful Senior Broker, assisting with the end-to-end broking process.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Administrative Support: Preparing valuations, assisting with loan applications, and compiling documentation for submission.Client Engagement: Liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure a seamless experience throughout the loan journey.Workflow Management: Managing timelines, following up on tasks, and ensuring deals are processed efficiently and accurately.Strategic Assistance: Contributing to loan structuring, preparing game plans, and supporting the Senior Broker in delivering exceptional service.
We're looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in parabroking, broking support, or a similar administrative role within the finance or banking sector.
The ideal candidate will:
