We have new career opportunities for a suitable person to join the business to support all areas of the site through efficient management of site administration and weighbridge requirements and to work effectively in a small team.
We are looking for a person who is flexible, has excellent attention to detail, and who is highly organised and efficient in an office/administration environment. Someone who is an excellent communicator and who is willing to learn on the job and pitch-in as required would suit this position. The business is committed to supporting training and development of its employees and expect career development opportunities to arise as the site operations expand over time.
This role will provide general reception, office and administration support to the site as well as operations support including monitoring and managing weighbridge traffic, documentation and load sampling. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop and grow with the business in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing excellent customer service to key stakeholders at all times Manage all reception, office and administration requirements for site Reception duties including managing incoming calls and other correspondence, managing site entrance compliance requirements for all site visitors/contractors etc. Office duties including maintenance of site supplies, document management and filing, assistance with maintaining site compliance and accreditations requirements etc. Operations support duties including monitoring and managing weighbridge operations, ensuring all systems are up to date and accurately reflecting all stock movements, booking stock pick up orders with suppliers, manage site timeslot booking system, assisting with site stock management etc. Administration duties including accurate and timely data entry of orders, weighbridge tickets, invoices, stock movements etc. Operation of various computer systems (e.g. Agtech, MYOB, Microsoft suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word)) Key capabilities required include:
Qualifications and/or work experience in business administration or similar desirable 2+ years administration and/or weighbridge experience in a similar environment desirable Operates with professionalism, has excellent customer service skills and can easily network across all levels of the organisation Works in a positive, proactive and highly organised manner with excellent attention to detail Has a continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to undertake training as required Is a hard worker who is highly reliable and dependable and takes full responsibility for own duties An active and flexible team player who is able to work effectively without supervision Help shape the future of the company by supporting all business departments in our pursuit to supply high quality stockfeed for our customers.
