Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Medecs Learning is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and NDIS Registered Provider specialising in community nursing care. With 370 client organisation partners and 9000 enrolments annually both virtually and across 3 Training centers located in Devonport, Launceston, and Hobart. We are a large provider of nationally accredited units, short course programs, and complex healthcare modules, and clinical consultation to the disability, aged care & community, and healthcare sectors.The OpportunityWe're seeking a dynamic, career-focused person to join our client support team. In this role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced administration environment, tackling diverse tasks to meet daily deadlines. Working with a motivated team, you will process enrolments, assist employer clients with quotations, handle student inquiries, and support trainers. We are committed to providing working environments where everyone is included and treated fairly and with respect.Essential for successful selection:Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced administration environment where daily processing deadlines are required.A strong desire to learn.Experience multi-tasking and coordinating systems for multiple clients.Excellent IT skills, using default digital systems and MS products.Excellent communication and client service skills.Excellent team-oriented skills and understanding the importance of cohesive workflows.Preferable but not essential:Qualification in business administration or other relevant qualification.Experience working in an RTO or other training organisation.Applications close: COB Monday 20th January.
