Randstad are proud to announce their partnership with a global leader in the mining and resources sector.
Applications are now open for a project support specialist which will be offered on a 12-month contract by our client on a Monday to Friday basis.

The Role: This role is offered with one of the world's largest mining organisations on a 12-month contract operating out of their Adelaide office.
The project support specialist will be responsible for supporting our clients projects through document control, reporting and other ad hoc activities.
Accountabilities for the role include but are not limited to: Support our clients project team with various logistics, administration, stakeholder engagement and communication duties.
Coordinate meetings, inductions, workshops, travel coordination and logistics for our clients team.
Document Control: Support document controller during peak workload.
Monthly Reporting: Coordination and review on Reporting requirements for the department and individual studies.
Technical Writing: support document writing (Word, Excel), supporting preparing presentations in PowerPoint etc.
Ad Hoc support: To Project controls team and individual studies as required including Admin support.
Experience and background required for this position: Experience working as a document controller, office administrator or office coordinator will be an added advantage.
3-4 year's experience in similar role within the mining industry.
Experience with stakeholder engagement and other change management principles.
Experience using Microsoft 365, including MS Project, Acconex and Sharepoint will be highly regarded.
Excellent team player, great communication skills and networking experience will be highly regarded.
