Who you are This is a newly created role, where you will, amongst things, bring a high level of energy and drive to focus on identifying key process efficiencies and improvements (and challenging to status quo) and drive these to fruition.
In addition, you will build strong relationships across the business, manage resources/resource planning and work to continuously develop your team's skills and experience.
What we're looking for Previous experience working in a similar role ideally working from within the waste management, transport and/or retail industriesStrong leadership experience and capabilities, particularly around developing teamsExperience in looking at systems, processes and procedures and identifying where things could become more efficient and effectiveThe ability to problem solve and juggle multiple tasks, competing priorities and deadlinesHigh levels of energy, team oriented, attention to detail and focus in order to achieve great outcomes and resultsExcellent written and verbal communication and relationship building skillsStrong PC literacy and the ability to work across a range of systemsAre you with us?
