Office Management (Administration & Office Support)

Join our vibrant and successful team and support our Tax Accountants at the top-rated tax practice in Australia. We are looking for 4 Team Leaders to join our Head Office team to assist with the day to day management of our remote Administration team.
This role is a short-term seasonal role and will commence in early June.
If you are an experienced Administration Assistant / Officer ready to lead a team, we want you.
This role requires Head office attendance during training but then can be completed at home.
The Admin team are responsible for the following tasks;
Process emails to client accountsRespond and action client administration requests Liaise with the ATOLiaise with clientsSkills and Experience
Supportive and encouraging leadership styleAbility to train staff Work to KPI'sHigh attention to detail, organisation and time management skillsMust be comfortable making phone callsA friendly demeanour with a flexible and willing attitudeIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office
Working Hours
Hours will average 30 hours per week on a Monday – Friday roster.
