The Role
As the Administration Team Leader you will play a crucial role in assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
You will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager in the management, organization and coordination of the administration team, administration tasks and office procedures and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships
Liaising with and supporting the Office Manager, Directors, Building Supervisors and Administration Team for a seamless execution of all business operations, practices, and claims.
Ensuring the smooth running and efficient functioning of the office.
Assisting with overseeing daily office operations to ensure customer satisfaction and deadlines are met.
Assisting in the creation, implementation, and adherence of company systems, policies, and procedures.
Job lodgment and management.
General administration as required.
What You Will Bring to the Role

Initiative-taking individual, with strong critical thinking skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
Excellence in customer service – High level of written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work under pressure, as a team and autonomously.
Maintain a positive work environment.
Strong computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to learn new programs quickly.
Prior experience in administration/client services.
Previous experience in a leadership role an advantage but not essential, training provided.
