Office Management (Administration & Office Support)

We are looking for 4 Team Leaders to join our Head Office team (located in Upper Mount Gravatt) to assist with the day to day management of our remote Administration team. This role is a short-term seasonal role and will commence immediately.

This role is an office based position, with no work from home.
The Admin team are responsible for the following tasks; Process emails to client accounts Respond and action client administration requests Liaise with the ATO Liaise with clients Skills and Experience Supportive and encouraging leadership style Ability to train staff Work to KPI's High attention to detail, organisation and time management skills Must be comfortable making phone calls A friendly demeanour with a flexible and willing attitude Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
Working Hours Hours will average 30 hours per week on a Monday – Friday roster.
