Overview

Are you an experienced leader with a knack for efficient administration?
Clare Hospital is seeking a dedicated Administration Team Leader to oversee and enhance our administrative functions.
In this pivotal role, you will manage and lead a team of administration staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, professional, and customer-focused services to both clients and staff.
Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring staff performance and providing feedback.
Handling key administrative tasks such as human resource management, financial processing, data collection, and service evaluation.

Minimum Requirements:

Extensive experience in customer-focused service, client information management, and administrative roles.
Proven management experience, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and handling difficult situations within diverse team environments.
