Administration Support Person

SEQ's leading patio & carport construction company requires an enthusiastic person to join our dedicated and loyal team on a full-time basis at our Darra office in Brisbane's Western Suburbs
Altec are looking for the right candidate to assist in their sales department on a day-to-day basis in a busy fast paced office environment. This role would suit a person who is dynamic and has resilience within a demanding sales environment.  
Key responsibilities in this role include: Assist our Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator and consultants.Assist with sales administrations and liaise with other departments.Liaise with customers and suppliers.Update key information into CRM (ZOHO) & accounting packages (MYOB).Assisting with general day to day office duties, including incoming calls. To be considered for this role you must have: The ability to multi-task in a fast- paced environment.Sound Microsoft office skills (some design skills would be an advantage but not necessary). Driver's License essential, no public transport nearby.Strong customer communication and service tendencies.Ability to be a quick learner.Candidates who have had some office experience preferred, however this is not essential. – please check this, did you want to add it?
