Administration Support Officer - Northern Paediatric Physician Training Network – Targeted – Awabakal Country John Hunter Children's Hospital Whilst this position is open to all individuals, it is targeted to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people under section 21 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977. This is a significant supporting role assisting the JMO Network Manager with rostering, payroll, and annual recruitment support.
Our successful candidate will work on our JMO roster which is meticulously created in an Excel sheet to ensure correct ratios and comprehensive specialty coverage before being transferred to the health roster. You will also assist with overtime approvals.
This role reports directly to our JMO Network Manager and is highly supported with guidance, training and onboarding by both our JMO Network Manager and our Professional Team Lead.
