Provide confidential, efficient, and effective client-focused administrative support to specialist Consultants, Staff, and Patients who utilise the various clinical and non-clinical services within The Prince Charles Hospital.
Key Responsibilities: Provide confidential and high-level secretarial support including production of high-quality documents and records; enquiry screening and electronic diary management including timely provision of necessary records and documentation as required by the program management team. Analyse and prioritise issues, establish a course of action, and adopt a pro-active attitude with minimum direction. Develop procedural guidelines within the scope of the position to increase efficiency and participate in continual quality improvement. Coordinate meetings, procedures, and distribute agendas and minutes as required. Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
