The TRB are committed to creating a diverse workgroup.The South Australian Public Sector Salaried Employees Interim Award and the South Australian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement: Salaried 2021 governs the employment conditions of employees of the TRB.To find out more about the TRB please visit https://www.trb.sa.edu.au .Role DescriptionThe Administration Support Officer – Qualifications and Admissions provides high-level administrative support, particularly in relation to hearings, overseas qualification assessments and Admissions Sub-Committee meetings to assist Teachers wishing to register in South Australia, or renew their registration.There are two roles offered of this position at part time (0.4FTE), at the ASO3 Level and for a short-term contract of 12 months - located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD.Role SummaryThe Administration Support Officer – Qualifications and Admissions is accountable to the Manager, Registration for:The delivery of high-level administrative functions, including first tier problem solving and document preparation in collaboration with Registration subject experts in three key areas where record keeping and promotion of procedural fairness is required:pro-forma applications to Board panel hearings under part 5 of the Act where applicants seek registration using best practice materials as adapted;
