These are permanent positions (full time and part time available). While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicants maintain a presence at Blackburn North in line with our hybrid working model.About the roleReporting to the Manager Planning and Reporting, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Work as an effective member of the Property Services Administration TeamAct as an initial point of contact by answering or processing routine enquiries via phone or email for follow-up/action/referralDeliver timely and accurate processing of AV's procure to pay systemAdminister the various office management systems used by the Property Services DepartmentFoster constructive and effective working relationships with team, across AV and external contractorsAbout youTo be considered for this position you will possess:Demonstrated substantial experience and expertise in providing administrative support within a large organisation or departmentProven experience in computerised financial information systems, word processing and spreadsheet applicationsProficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and the InternetAttention to detail using appropriate checking processes to ensure information is recorded accuratelyJudgement and maturity to ensure matters of a confidential or sensitive nature are handled appropriatelyWorking at Ambulance VictoriaAs a valued member of AV you will enjoy a professional working environment that recognises the importance of work/life balance.
