South West Healthcare (SWH) is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer (ASO) to join our Planned Surgery team (formerly Elective Surgery Services). In this role, you will play a valuable contributor in managing referrals, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate data entry, and supporting clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of the Nursing Services Directorate while advancing your administrative career in healthcare.
About the Role In this role, you will assist with the preparation of patients referred for planned surgery by managing referrals, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate data entry, and supporting clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care. This role is part of our broader Administrative Support team, whose contributions are essential to the success of the Nursing Services Directorate.
