This role is being advertised as both ongoing and non-ongoing, with the employment type to be determined in negotiation with the preferred candidate and the NIAA delegate.
Where a non-ongoing specified term is offered, this would be for an initial period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum period of two years.
A non-ongoing offer may result in conversion to an ongoing offer of employment; however, this must occur within 18 months from the opening date of this advertisement.

The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Support Officer within the Education and Communications team.
We manage communications, create and maintain publications in print and online, and coordinate and support learning activities.

We're looking for someone with next-level organizational skills to support our team across all our functions, particularly managing our educational resources and assisting with our training activities.
Experience with government procurement is essential, and skills in data entry and customer service will make you a strong candidate.
We need someone who is a good communicator and record keeper, so good written and oral communication skills are a must, as is cultural sensitivity.
You should know your way around the MS Office suite - Excel, Teams, and SharePoint in particular - and be willing to learn new systems and processes.
You will need to have or be willing to get a Baseline security clearance.
