Administration Support Officer - Medical Imaging

We are looking for a client focused individual who enjoys people interaction in a fast-paced environment, who thrives in a team and wants to work in healthcare offering a high level of patient services.
The Contract: Ongoing Part Time up to 64.00 hours per fortnight available, please state your preferred fortnightly hours on your cover letter.
The Position:
In this role you will perform a range of administrative duties that include front facing reception, data entry, bookings, daily banking duties and liaising with Medical Imaging clinicians within BRHS. As part of our administration team, you will support our Health Professionals in providing a professional service to the local community. This role will be part of a rotating roster which includes weekends and will work across our Medical Imaging offices at both the hospital campus and the CBD campus.

Key selection criteria:

Excellent administration skills, with the ability to produce simple documents in accordance with organisational standards.
Competent user of Microsoft Office package programs, with proficiency and experience working with client databases.
Willingness to learn new skills.
