We have a temporary (9 month) full-time Administration Assistant position available at our Cairns Head Office.We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
This is a very rewarding role for an experienced administrator, providing support to the Administration function of the business.Responsibilities:Providing effective and efficient administration services in our Head OfficeTimely processing of fuel truck documentationEfficiently processing customer invoices and reconciliationsResponding to customer account queries in a timely and professional mannerMinimum Requirements:Previous Administration experience is essentialDedication to high levels of customer servicePrevious experience working with Navision (preferred but not necessary, as training will be provided)Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative roleOutstanding communication skills across all levelsA flexible attitude that will grow and change with the businessExcellent attention to detailAbility to work as part of a close-knit teamRewards and Benefits:Base salary + superannuation + staff discountsSafe working environmentPlease apply directly; no applications will be received through recruitment agencies.
