The Administration Support Officer supports the administrative tasks of the Mallee Area offices located in Swan Hill and Mildura, ensuring smooth operations.
While this role may be based in either office, we have a greater need for support in the Swan Hill office.
The position involves a range of administrative tasks and requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to excellent service delivery.AttributesThe role requires the following capabilities:Planning, organisation, and attention to detailRelationship buildingInitiative and accountabilityVerbal and written communicationThis is a full-time, fixed-term position until 5 November 2026.
