ABOUT THE ROLE If you are a highly enthusiastic and motivated self-starter we want you to fulfill our Full-Time role of Administration Support Officer. Reporting to the Senior Client Partner, this role will provide support to our very busy Client Partner team in our head office, located in the QV1 building in Perth CBD.
DUTIES Administrative support to the Western Australia based Client Partner team Customer queries and liaising with potential clients Drafting adhoc reporting as required Providing costing quotes to potential and existing clients. Confirming quotes and finalising sales. Develop and manage the business development client databases CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Exceptional customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders Well-developed data entry, Excel and MS Word skills High accuracy level and attention to detail Computer know how – Previous experience with a CRM is highly regarded Analytical & problem solving skills Highly organised with excellent time management skills Team player, contributor, and self-motivation a must!
