ABOUT THE ROLE If you are a highly enthusiastic and motivated self-starter we want you to fulfill our Full-Time role of Administration Support Officer. Reporting to the Senior Client Partner, this role will provide support to our very busy Client Partner team in our head office, located in the QV1 building in Perth CBD.
DUTIES Administrative support to the Western Australia based Client Partner teamCustomer queries and liaising with potential clientsDrafting adhoc reporting as requiredProviding costing quotes to potential and existing clients.Confirming quotes and finalising sales.Develop and manage the business development client databasesCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Exceptional customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholdersWell-developed data entry, Excel and MS Word skillsHigh accuracy level and attention to detailComputer know how – Previous experience with a CRM is highly regardedAnalytical & problem solving skillsHighly organised with excellent time management skillsTeam player, contributor, and self-motivation a must!WHY JOIN US?
