We need a positive, driven, solution-focused, and detail-oriented Administration Support Officer to help us achieve this. This is a vital role in ensuring NDIS documentation compliance, running an efficient admin function with a focus on continuous improvement whilst working closely with the admin team across Australia and Team Leaders. The role is based out of our office in Berrimah Business Park, working alongside two other admin team members based locally. It is a part-time role working 3 days per week.
Position overview: This is a varied role requiring exceptional focus on detail ensuring accuracy with bookings and documentation. This role is central to efficient service delivery allowing our clinicians to see more clients. The role will require an agile individual who can communicate with stakeholders via telephone and email, follow up on payments, facility maintenance, and collaborate with allied health clinicians. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience within a health, or even better NDIS setting.
