As the first point of contact for those visiting CCHR and for people who may need assistance in navigating the hospital campus, it is the responsibility of the Receptionist to ensure all matters are handled in a diplomatic, sensitive, discreet and professional manner by applying public relations skills of the highest order both orally and in writing. The nature, diversity and scope of these responsibilities require outstanding communication and organisational skills, discretion, initiative, independent judgment and the ability to balance priorities and competing demands.
