Administration Support Officer

Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for an 'Administration Support Officer for our client based in Rocklea.
This role is full-time permanent, working 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.

This position is working within the building/construction industry, so exposure and prior experience is highly regarded.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Inbound/outbound phone calls and correspondence. Data Entry. Document management. Assisting the operations manager. Assisting with End of Month job costing analysis.
To Be Successful In This Role You Must
Have sound computer skills. Display a strong sense of teamwork. Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
