Administration Support Officer – CEO Office• Band 4 $69,076 to $73,852 plus 11.5% superannuation

Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Administration Support Officer will be responsible for providing high level, confidential, efficient, and professional administrative support to the CEO.

About the Role This role will keep you on your toes, the responsibilities, and tasks that you will encounter will be varied week to week and will be best suited to someone who thrives on being organised, taking initiative and has exceptional communication skills.
You can expect that you will be providing high level confidential secretarial and administration support, time management and general support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer and to the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This could include assisting with the maintenance of the CEO's diary, making and confirming any meetings, appointments and public appearances and ensuring the CEO has all relevant information in preparation for diary commitments. You will have oversight of the CEO's incoming correspondence, liaising with key officers within the organisation to ensure replies are provided in a timely manner.
You will also provide administrative support to Executive Leadership Team meetings, including scheduling of weekly executive team meetings, strategy meetings, and other ad hoc meetings and team activities as they arise from time to time and as requested by supervisor. There will be the opportunity to stretch beyond the BAU and undertake special projects as required and agreed with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Assistant to the CEO.
About the Successful Candidate The successful applicant will be a well-rounded communicator with an eye for detail, have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to maintain or develop strong working relationships across the organisation. Strong organisation and time management skills are a must, as no two days are alike.
