Welcoming people from a wide variety of different backgrounds and experiences is critical to fostering innovation, cultivating compassion, attracting and retaining top talent and providing the best possible cancer care for our patients.YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTUREAdministration Support Officer - Ongoing Full-Time RoleThe Administration Support Officer provides high-level administrative support directly to the Operations Directors for Inpatient Haematology and Oncology and the Operations and Medical Directors for Ambulatory Services.This role involves:Delivering the highest standards of customer service and leading others to deliver the same standard.Providing expertise in systems and administrative processes.Providing administrative support to the relevant Operations and Medical Directors, assisting them with various audits and reports, high-level minute taking, and follow-up of action registers.Identifying opportunities for process improvement and leading change initiatives.Remuneration as per Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025.
HS Grade 3 Year 1 (HS3) $74,448.40 per annum (full-time equivalent) to HS Grade 3 Year 5 (HS25) $82,305.60 per annum (full-time equivalent) depending on candidate experience.
