In this role, you will strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our valued residents and provide a high level of attention to detail, warmth, and exceptional customer service.
Key duties: *Provide a high level of service engagement with residents *Always maintain a professional image and reflect the values of Anglicare – Integrity, Justice, Compassion and Service Excellence.
*Ensue residents and visitors are attended to, promoting care, warmth and promptly managing their enquiries *Ensure general administrative activities are completed on time and residents questions are managed in a timely way *Contribute to the efficiency of the office by ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
*Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all staff and encourage teamwork *Be part of a caring and fun team who love to make a difference each day.
Skills, knowledge and experience : *Experience working in aged care or similar environment preferred *Well-developed communication skills and positive phone manner *Effective time-management and organisational skills *Intermediate skill level in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are encouraged to apply.
