Administration Support

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Administration Support Officer for a short-term coverage role (2-4 weeks) in a dynamic and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities: Reception duties: answering phones and handling emails Simpro system management Processing Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement tasks Managing timesheets and related admin tasks Role Details: Location: Kalgoorlie Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm Pay Rate: $38.00 flat rate per hour Duration: 2-4 weeks If you have experience within office administration, have great communication skills, and can commence immediately, we would love to hear from you.
