We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Support Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of quality childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments within the head office. Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings. Maintain and organise files, records, and documents. Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Support the preparation of reports and presentations. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives. Perform general office duties, including data entry and inventory management. Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Fast learner with CCMS programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
