Position: Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

You will be responsible for assisting our Assessing team accurately record data in systems and government portals.
This is an autonomous role, reporting to the team leader. We are offering a permanent part-time opportunity (currently Tuesday and Thursday, with the ability to work more if required).
Our role would suit someone returning to the workforce or transitioning into retirement.
The successful applicant will possess highly developed organisational and administrative skills. Your attention to detail will ensure your success in the role.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Monitoring emailsProviding administrative support as requiredFollowing processBeing a quick learnerStrict adherence to confidentialityA strong commitment to work in a role that assists aged people to live independently in their homeHigh level of written/oral communication skillsAbility to work both autonomously and as part of a teamEffective time managementNSW Working with Children CheckNDIS Worker Screening CheckExperience in working in the Aged Care sectorExposure to data entry in government portalsTo be successful for this role, you will need to provide a Working with Children Check as well as an NDIS Worker check.
