The role is full-time, with Physio Labs' receptionist shift hours falling between 6.30am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday.You will supervise, allocate, and oversee the workload of our two Trainee Receptionists. We have a team of three Receptionists, plus seven Physiotherapists.The role involves:Reception duties to ensure front of house staffing needs are met at all times.RosteringAccounts payableWorkflow managementDeveloping and mentoring team membersIT first line troubleshooting and IT equipment coordinationDiary management for the DirectorAd hoc projects.We are seeking:A minimum of three years' experience in a medical reception or a similar administrative position (within the allied health industry is a bonus)Ability to effectively provide supervision and guidance to direct reportsPrevious experience with medical or practice management softwareDemonstrated experience with bookkeeping and accountsAbility to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.Please click 'Apply Now' to submit your resume and cover letter today.
