The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administration Supervisor to lead our administrative team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations for a 12–18 month Fixed Term contract.
You will be responsible for: Supporting management with admin functions while supervising, training and coordinating the team Liaising with councils to support service coordination Managing end-of-month closing processes Overseeing council invoicing and ensuring accuracy Resolving customer disputes and handling credit resolutions Maintaining accurate records and documentation Working closely with operations to streamline processes About You You are a strong communicator with excellent organisational and leadership skills.
