As the Administration Supervisor, you will oversee 2 administration staff members and support the wider team with administration tasks. You will be experienced in all things administration, be well organised and able to jump in and cover for team members as required including Reception and student reception. This a 6 month role working Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4.15pm. Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activitiesEnsure administrative process and guidelines are developed, implemented and maintainedOngoing training and support of Reception / Student Reception staffTrain staff in any changes with SIMON (software platform)Cover breaks for reception / Student ReceptionOversee the Bus responsibilities and manage the relationship with the Area coordinatorAbout You:
Extensive administration experienceManage sensitive and confidential information professionally and appropriate mannerExcellent time management, ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesPrevious experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications desirableAbility to work independently and collaborative with the administration teamExcellent MS Office skills, ability to learn new systems quicklyExcellent communication skills both written and verbalPlease note applicants must hold a current first aid certificate, Working with Childrens certificate and police check with no disclosable outcomes.
