The OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administration Supervisor to lead our administrative team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations for a 12–18 month Fixed Term contract.
You will be responsible for: Supporting management with admin functions while supervising, training and coordinating the teamLiaising with councils to support service coordinationManaging end-of-month closing processesOverseeing council invoicing and ensuring accuracyResolving customer disputes and handling credit resolutionsMaintaining accurate records and documentationWorking closely with operations to streamline processesAbout YouYou are a strong communicator with excellent organisational and leadership skills.
