Position Summary:
The Administration Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient functioning of our Sales & Aftersales Team. This role involves managing a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, handling communications internally and externally, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The Administration Specialist serves as the backbone of day-to-day sales operations, providing essential assistance to managers, team members, and most importantly our customers.
Application must include a Cover Letter Key Responsibilities: Assisting with scheduling and co-ordination of equipment hires and transport, working as a team to provide market leading Customer ExperienceCoordinate with internal departments to ensure timely actioning of processCustomer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Assisting with front desk enquiries and engaging with site visitors where requiredHire contract administration, assisting with administrative requirements of contracts, working with the team to ensure all compliance paperwork is completedMaintain a positive and empathetic approach when interacting with customers.Providing exceptional customer communication ensuring all required contact and notifications are provided in an acceptable and timely mannerRequired Skills & Qualifications: Ability to work within a fast paced, customer driven teamExperience in scheduling and coordinating of transport, and ability to prioritize day to day tasks will be highly regardedAbility to react and think on your feet to resolve issues and customer concerns, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide outcomesExcellent time-management, clear communication skills both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingOur Values: We Care: We act with compassion and fairness and take pride in the work we do.Growth Mindset: We embrace learning and change and strive for excellence.Get Stuff Done: We prioritize customer needs, act with speed, and hold ourselves accountable for achieving results.Why Join Us:
