We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the APAC Regional Leadership Team reporting to the Regional General Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the team, and facilitating effective communication and coordination across the region.

Day to dayManage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the leadership team.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.Organize and coordinate team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Assist with special projects and initiatives as required by the leadership team.Manage expense reports and budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies.Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.Your ProfileProven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a multinational organization.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in the APAC region.Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.Good to knowThe selection process may involve an assessment.Applications via email will not be reviewed.
