You'll be a natural relationship builder, honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a great asset to our team.You will be responsible for but not limited to:Managing client and worker enquiries via telephone or email with empathy and professionalism, ensuring exceptional customer serviceCultivating strong relations with clients and workers, ensuring trust and confidence in the services we provideGeneral administration duties including printing, scanning and filing of documentation into online systems and portalsMaintaining the office equipment, stationery, consumables and fleet vehiclesAssisting the Scheduler with ad-hoc scheduling and rostering requirementsEssential requirements:Work rights in AustraliaQualification in Business Administration, desirable but not essentialApplicable industry licences including NDIS and Blue CardNational criminal history/ police check (or willing to obtain)Previous experience in a fast-paced Administration or Reception positionProven ability to manage challenging workloads and schedulesExperience within an Aged Care/ Disability or Health Care settingCurrent First Aid/CPR qualificationAs part of your ongoing commitment with Right at Home, you are required to maintain and use your personal vehicle and insurance for work purposes; and uphold your professional registrations and licences throughout your employment.CULTURE + BENEFITSBe rewarded with more than just your pay, as a Right at Home team member you will be eligible for our Right about You!
