ADMINISTRATION / SALES SUPPORT

This full time position plays a key role in delivering the high level of customer service we are proud of. As well as initiating (by placing calls) and taking (by receiving calls) orders from customers, the role is the contact point for our sales force ensuring that the orders they obtain are realised and accurately recorded in our system. In addition, there are a wide range of administrative tasks undertaken by this position that support sales activities.
The person we are seeking will:
• Have a high level of customer service skills and enjoy dealing with people.
• Thrive in an active, team orientated workplace where the emphasis is on making things happen.
• Have a proven ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
• Have knowledge and experience (or the ability to rapidly acquire it) with using software such as Pronto Xi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have knowledge of and experience in general office practices.
• Experience in the food wholesale or related industry would be useful but is not essential.

Working a 40 hour week Monday to Friday this position is based at our Launceston (Prospect) depot.
