Central Highlands Rural Health are seeking applications for an Administration Rostering Officer to join the Health Information & Administration Services Team.
Role Statement: To coordinate and fill all vacant shifts in Hotel Services, Health Information & Administration and Finance on a daily basis. This includes all unplanned vacancies on the day, as well as planned leave cover. This will involve allocating staff with the right skills and experience to deliver the best quality care and services to our hotel services and administration areas. You will be organising staff rosters to minimise disruptions to the service. This will involve answering incoming calls, making calls to staff, and communicating changes to the roster to the respective service areas and managers.
Details of Appointment: Part-time ongoing position working 21 hours per fortnight (3 hour shifts working 5:30am - 8:30am, 7 days per week).
Salary: HS2 $33.79 per hour + 11.5% superannuation.
About CHRH: Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne.
