About the Role
We are excited to announce a vacancy for an Administration Officer/Receptionist at our Blackwood office. This is a pivotal role where you'll be the first point of contact, embodying our commitment to outstanding service. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, managing a diverse range of administrative tasks while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude. 
Flexibility in hours, including part-time work during school hours, is welcomed!
What You'll Be Doing: Serving as the first point of contact for clients, greeting them warmly and ensuring they receive exceptional service.Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.Setting up and managing files accurately.Conducting data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.Ordering property searches through SAILIS, Council portals and Revenue SA.Creating PEXA workspaces and drafting basic documents.Ordering and calculating SMR's and preparing adjustment statements.Performing general administration duties to assist in daily operations.Managing the Trust Account to ensure seamless financial operations.Providing administrative support to Conveyancers as needed. What You Need to Have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by a professional phone manner.Strong attention to detail with robust problem-solving abilities.Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented mentality.Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Strong organisational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in data entry and typing, with a keen eye for accuracy.Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.A proactive attitude towards managing your workload under pressure. Renumeration will be commensurate with skill / experience.
