Our Manufacturing & Maintenance – Transport business is seeking a dedicated Administration & Payroll Officer to join the team in Bohle, Townsville. This site-based role requires you to work Monday to Friday for 5-6 hours per day.
Your Role:
As the Administration & Payroll Officer, you will learn all aspects of payroll management and serve as the welcoming face of our facility to staff, clients, visitors, and associates.
Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Professionally greet and interact with clients, customers, or internal staff members, both in person and over the phoneProvide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the site teamExecute and record the payroll function in a precise and timely mannerAssist with purchasing production/project material requirements, including raw materials, components, equipment, and servicesAbout You:
You are an energetic & customer-focused professional, with an ability to communicate effectively and build long-term relationships. Other key skills and experience include:
