Administration Partner (Participant Experience) – Southern and Western Brisbane Administration Partner Salary: $32 – S36 per hour (depending on experience) Location: You'll be based at our Southern and Western Brisbane (on-site), whilst working collaboratively with our broader Queensland administration team Employment Type: Full time, ongoing Everyday Independence is a national allied health provider who supports people with disabilities to break down barriers to reveal their true abilities.

The Administration Partner will lead customer service and relationship management and support our ever growing teams and successfully deliver our vision: to support people and families with a disability to live an everyday life, every day.
We are looking for a person who is passionate about customer service and relationship building with experience working in a health, disability or community setting.
The ability, enthusiasm and energy to work in a dynamic, fast paced and changing environment to deliver on client focus whilst managing relationships with multiple referral agencies is essential to the role.
You will also provide support to our Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.
The successful applicant will: Have extensive experience in customer service and relationship management Take personal responsibility for participant satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations Develop and build strong relationship with referral partners, therapists and other industry partners Demonstrate a high degree of skill in managing our client database and practice administration system (experience with Sales Force is very advantageous) Demonstrate an ability to complete and evaluate processes to ensure that participant on boarding and experience is of the highest quality Experience with scheduling or rostering Act with a sense of urgency, set clear priorities and focus on the completion of tasks Demonstrate a high level of concern for accuracy Actively participate as a member of a team to help ensure that the team achieves its objectives Approach problems with a "can-do", problem solver attitude and enjoy the challenges that come each day Be change ready – we are always changing, improving and evolving First Aid Certificate Why work at Everyday Independence?
